No More Secrets. No Channel Massive Today…Today.

For some reason this morning and I can’t seem to talk without my voice cracking every few seconds.  Must be going through puberty or something.  Not necessarily the best thing to deal with while recording a podcast.

Unfortunately, I going to have to take the day off so can give my pie-hole a chance to recuperate.  I’ll be back loud (hopefully) and proud next Monday.

Kind of frustrated, because I really wanted to talk about… Blizzard backtracks on implementing Real ID into their forums.

Honestly?  I’m shocked that they actually listened to what their players were telling them.  I was pretty positive that Blizzard was hell bent on making this happen whether the masses bitched about it or not.  Maybe they realized that most of us weren’t paranoid nutjobs and we were legitimately concerned about our privacy.

Unfortunately, I doubt we’ve seen the last of this idea.  When they think the water is safe again, Blizzard will change things up a bit, bring it back with “new features” or incentives and throw out the line so see if we’re biting or not.

And just a quick note to those of you who are actually disappointed by Blizzard’s decision – If you really want to show your support for their failed initiative, please feel free to post your name, address, cell phone number, work phone number, and any other personal information you may want to share with us on their forums or your own blogs.  Since privacy is not that big of a deal to you, this shouldn’t be an issue.  This way, you can still play your favorite Blizzard games like you’ve always wanted to.

See ya next week!

I told you not to scream like a little girl during the weekly podcast recording last night. :)
