Ten Things I’ve Learned On Vacation

1. A five star restaurant listed in Fodor’s doesn’t necessarily mean that it tastes good.

2. Don’t be afraid to eat at places named “Hoover’s Beef Palace.” You might be pleasantly surprised.

3. I want a hot tub in my bedroom.

4. We’re here. We’re geeks. And THE FUTCHA IS ARRRRRRS!

5. And I’m soooo freakin’ sick of that commercial.

6. Speaking of the future…Age of Conan is on it’s way, and people are gettin’ scurred about the system requirements.  My advice? Find yourself an overclocked Nvidia 8800 GT.  Prices are dropping for these cards and they’re probably one of the best bang for the buck options out there.

7. This dude was nucking futs.

8. But in a cool way.

9. Wine tasting in the middle of a few earthquakes can be kinda fun.

10. Don’t piss off any druids. They may come back to haunt you later.

Hypothetically speaking, if one were to own a Nvidia Gforce 7900 GS, would that be semi-comparable to the recommended NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX ?

I agree. I have two gigs here at home. My work computer makes me cry… Would you believe they were having me run Office 2007 with “256MB” of Ram??? I whimpered at our IS department and they grudgingly upgraded me to 512MB. I was like WTF… I need a GIG peep… Le Sigh.

Any 79xx series card and up from Nvidia should be fine for AOC but I agree the 2GB of RAM is almost a “requirement”. Without it having a 600 dollar video card isnt going to do you a bit of good

I’m going to stick with my 128K of RAM and my Nvidia 5200-FX. J/K
