Time To Humiliate Myself For Science (and Rock and Roll) – The Videos

***Important Note*** We’re extending last weeks Splitreason.com t-shirt giveaway through December 11th.  All you have to do is leave a comment in either that post or this post to be entered into this weeks giveaway.

Here’s some videos of last weeks attempt at the Endless Setlist in Rock Band 2. Unfortunately, mother nature hit me hard and I had to run to the bathroom (around song number 55-60). I had a “contingency plan” in the event that I had to take a wizz, but nothing can help when you have go numero dos (gasp).  No “Bladder of Steel” achievement this time, but I learned a lot from the experience.

I did get three achievement unlocks for finishing the list on Expert and now a nice shiny platinum microphone icon appears whenever I play vocals which is pretty cool I guess.

My advice for anyone who is thinking about trying it:

1. Don’t eat a bunch of greasy food the night before attempting this…it WILL come back to haunt you.
2. If you’re doing vocals, the “piss bucket” will pretty much be a necessity. You can’t sing 84 songs without drinking plenty of fluids.
3. If you attempt the Endless Setlist on vocals, don’t try to sing every song in the same octave as the the original artist. Your voice will thank you for it in the morning.
4. Get plenty of sleep the night before.
5. Don’t get discouraged if you have to go “take care of business” in the middle of it all. After all, it’s just a game.

Dude, I wanted to hear you sing!
Shout! Shout! Let it all out :)

Or maybe you gave at least some private backstage show for your good ol’ friend crapper :) Old school death metal growiling into a toilet :) Good acoustics over there, I tell ya.
