So I stand corrected. Apparently, with no mods, you can click SHIFT while hovering over an inventory item to auto-compare it with whatever applicable item(s) you have equipped.

Funny that I foreshadowed an eventual confrontation with Harpies. :)

    Hey guys

Really enjoying your podcasts on WoW-MoP. An alternative to Auctioneer is Auctionator. It has similar functionality but is not quite as easy to post auctions. It’s main selling point is that a scan of the entire auction house takes less than 30 seconds. So you’re not sitting around eating bon-bons while waiting for a scan to finish.

Also, I didn’t catch the name of the bag addon you said you were using. I use arkinventory and like it because it has user assignable categories, like food & drink, soulbound items, BoE items, crafting items, etc. Anything you put in a category gets grouped together. It’s very handy.

I’m looking forward to hearing the rest of the podcasts.

I’ll have to check that bag mod out too. Of course it will eliminate my justification for my obsessive compulsive disorder, at least as far as my endless bag inventory sorting goes!
