Another fun show. I understand how much LOTRO fans enjoy the game. However, I found it a snoozefest and if you like the fast-paced action of WAR I’m not sure LOTRO will fit. However, you do have the advantage of a static group. If you could pick-up a couple more players it might be worth giving it a whirl to at least taste the other side.

After experiencing the WotLK burn out, I tried LotRO, EVE Online, and Runes of Magic. None of these games seemed to grab me.

I am Currently playing WAR and Darkfall. Well, I haven’t logged into WAR in the past few weeks, but I do have a level 31 Zealot on Dark Crag named Wickidd. I’ll have to join you guys on a Monday night when you all catch up.

I have been playing Darkfall since the day of release. I am very surprised by how much I am enjoying this game. It is very different from anything I’ve played before (never played UO). I really like the fact that the game does not penalize the players for grouping, and the entire world remains viable due to the no-level-system. Some of my favorite zones in WoW and WAR got left behind once I leveled out of them. I also really like the fact that I don’t have to kill myself to grind xp in order to keep up with my friends so that we can group together. I am a married father of 3 with a full time job, and I can’t put the hours into these games that some people can. It is refreshing to be able to jump into Darkfall and not have to worry about my friends moving to the next tier and leaving me behind to play solo. Darkfall puts the “multiplayer” back in MMORPG.

Great show guys. Keep it up. I always find myself laughing out loud from Mark’s quick witty interjections.

Good lord, of course I’m English! You can tell because I say things like “good lord” a lot.

So next time I’m featured on Blog-O-Steria, if you could read the post in an English accent, it would be appreciated.

And it needs to sound a lot more nerdy to be entirely accurate.
